Setting an Example

One of our local rags has a pictures of a certain officer from a certain brigade who is definitely NOT conforming to CF Dress Standards. This is not the first time I've seen said officer not conforming to standards. There have been many times.

There are other issues with this officer, who should be setting a better example.
